Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at creamygo.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We may ask for photos to help assess the condition of the item. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within [X days] of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, gift cards, are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [X business days]. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
